Somatic Yin Yoga

Connect to your body, breath, and life force to optimise your physical and mental wellbeing. These personalised yoga sessions combine supported yin postures to improve flexibility and dissolve tension with somatic movements to enhance your body awareness and simple myofascial release techniques. The passive yin postures are held for a few minutes at a time, assisted by props to help your muscles and connective tissues to fully relax. The somatic movements help you to better understand your movement habits and expand your range of comfort in motion. The myofacial release exercises are like self-massage, really good for releasing the fascia and improving circulation and nerve flow.

Suitable for all - no experience necessary. Please wear clothing you can move easily in. 

This is the rate for a Zoom session for one and can also be recorded for later use. If you wish to work together in person and with the assistance of facilitated touch which takes this work into a whole different dimension then please enquire.
